Please check your order when delivered. Claims for damaged or order missing garments from your invoice/packing slip must be made within 48 hours after delivery. Claims should be made via email. Claims for garments damaged or ordered but not shipped made after 48 hours will not be honored.
Your order number is your RMA number. Please include this information in the return package for identification purposes.
Return items must be unworn, unwashed - free of perfume, pet hair, odor, etc. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the original order date. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or be accepted with a restocking fee.
Clearance Sales: All sales of gift cards, e-gift certificates, jewelry, and clearance sale items are final. Clearance sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.
We do offer prepaid return label email service for a nominal charge. Please email us and ask our return support for prepaid label email service. If you choose to use this service, we will deduct $5.00 per item from your refund when we process your return.
You will not be credited for shipping charges paid on the original order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Please note that if you received Free Shipping promotion, standard S&H charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exchange service is not offered and all returns will be processed as a refund back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
