Bolero is perfect fit. I typically wear a size Large or 14 top and I am busty. The 3X fits just right. As a side note, I had ordered this item for a specific event. I had it shipped 2nd day air. I tracked the package on line and the day it was to be delivered, UPS' website said that it had been left on my front porch. The package was nowhere to be found. I even checked with neighbors. I logged onto Amazon's customer service chat and explained the situation to Sarah. I was in complete panic. Sarah was very professional. She assured me that we could find a resolution. She immediately refunded my account all charges including the 2nd day air charge. In addition, she ordered another jacket and had it shipped to me overnight and did not charge me the overnight fee. I arrived home the next day and there was my package. Just in time for the event. Amazon and Sarah were life savers! I will always order thru Amazon as a result of the excellent customer service I received.

I love this ruffled Bolero because it is so versatile. It is featured with jeans, although I put together a great outfit using it with my clothes for the office. The quality of the fabric is good. It is an good value, particularly given the price.

I must admit, I was wary. Some shrugs just look cheap. I love this. The reason this is so cool is that the ruffle has a sort of wiring, so that is stays curly and hold the whole shape. The 3/4 length sleeve is very flattering and the sizing is right on. The black is really black and it can be dressed up and down and is exactly like the pic shows. It looks like it cost a lot. Good shrugs are hard to find. Will look good with jeans or with a little black dress. Perfect. Happy customer here.
